CoworKite is located a short walk to the beach.

This is the view from our balcony – you don’t want to be any closer to the beach on work days. We are in an office building with a professional environment, so you can focus on work and won’t be distracted by beach goers.

Blouberg-Table View

CoworKite shared workspace is located in the centre of Blouberg, a neighbourhood famous for its postcard view of Table Mountain. Our building is accross the street from the MyCiTi Popham bus station.

Cape Town has South Africa’s worst traffic congestion that can be compared with Los Angeles. In peak hours to drive from Blouberg to Cape Town city centre it takes 1-1.5 hours one way. That’s why our coworking office is ideal solution for developers, remote workers, freelancers and small business owners in the Blaauwberg region, which includes Table View, Bloubergstrand, Big Bay, Milnerton, Sunset Beach, Melkbosstrand, Parklands and whole West Coast.

Cape Town is physically and geographically one of the most beautiful and diverse cities in the world (it is the most beautiful, but we don’t want to insult those from Rio de Janeiro). For digital nomads choosing where to stay isn’t easy, with so many different and cool neighbourhoods. Blouberg offers a relaxed beach lifestyle, a great choice of restaurants, the most spectacular view, and it is very safe. It is much less touristy than Camps Bay or Waterkant, which also means the vibe is more local South African and you’ll pay less for accommodation.

Coworking office by the beach for kitesurfers, windsurfers and surfers. Does it sound too good to be true?

CoworKite office owes  its name to kiteboarding, and the whole vision of our project got its inspiration from this amazing water sport, including our core values. For members of our coworking office and kitesurfers there is only one choice where to book an apartment – Blouberg, and of course the surrounding area from Sunset Beach to Big Bay. Besides, why would you stay anywhere else, when Blouberg is a kitesurfers dream with strong consistent winds starting in September, loads of sunshine and 5 km of sandy beach where most parts are reserved for kitesurfers, but also windsurfers, surfers and SUPers. And if there is no wind in Blouberg, only an hour’s drive away you’ll find almost 20 different kitesurfing spots. It’s always windy somewhere in the greater Cape Town area.
