Our values are the most important thing to us and our members. They define how we work, what we believe in and who we are.

No. 1

Collaboration

We motivate, trust and learn from each other.  We believe that if we all are doing what we love and we’re surrounded with like minded people success in inevitable. Our community is not big and our members know their fellow coworkers’ names and they help each other turn their business ideas into reality.

The journey

We believe the journey is much more important than the final destination. This applies to whether you’re on an entrepreneurial journey or a kitesurf downwinder. That’s why we are on a mission to make our co-working office inspiring, good for your soul, a place where you can network with like-minded people, and feel like you belong.

Learning from failures

We know that failure teaches us a lot, so we are not afraid to fail and take risks. Both as entrepreneurs and kitesurfers we do crash a lot, but we are committed, we keep trying, falling, and coming back stronger and smarter. Like South African Nelson Mandela said: “The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall”.

The progression

Constantly evolving and progressing is our way of life. Whether you want to progress in your current career, start a new business or learn kitesurfing tricks, you should always progress at your own pace.

Find your life’s work

We believe that you should live life on your own terms and do what you love. Finding your life’s work might seem difficult sometimes but it is the only path to success and fulfilling life. The meaning of life is to find your gift and the purpose of life is to give it away.

Always finish work before the wind begins to blow

We believe that how much we work is not the most important thing, but how much we achieve at work is. Productivity, commitment and focus are far more important for success than time spent in the office. We believe it is better to finish the job earlier and spend the rest of day on a beach. If you are neither kitesurfer or windsurfer you are more than welcome to join our community and we value diversity, but have in mind that when the afternoon wind begins to blow the CoworKite office becomes empty.

Are you sharing the same values?
