CoworKite is hiring Assistant Hospitality Manager

19.11.2019. CoworKite is a lifestyle hospitality company that allows travelers to live and work by the beach in a great community. As an assistant manager you will help in all the operational and other tasks of reservations, property management and travelers relations.

This includes, among other duties:

  • Managing properties and travelers arrivals/departures
  • Reservations management
  • Meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of guests, to ensure a superb customer service experience
  • Assist in dealing with customer complaints in an effective and courteous manner, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible
  • Provide support with community engagement

Requirements:

  • Reliable, having a sense of responsibility, honesty and integrity
  • Friendly personality, open minded with a positive attitude
  • Strong written and oral communication skills (English)
  • Passionate about creating amazing travel experiences for guests
  • Ability to work Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays when we have a check in or check out
  • Living in Blouberg or surrounding area
  • Computer literacy

Education (desirable):

  • Hospitality Management
  • Marketing
  • Sales
