19.11.2019. CoworKite is a lifestyle hospitality company that allows travelers to live and work by the beach in a great community. As an assistant manager you will help in all the operational and other tasks of reservations, property management and travelers relations.
This includes, among other duties:
- Managing properties and travelers arrivals/departures
- Reservations management
- Meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of guests, to ensure a superb customer service experience
- Assist in dealing with customer complaints in an effective and courteous manner, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible
- Provide support with community engagement
Requirements:
- Reliable, having a sense of responsibility, honesty and integrity
- Friendly personality, open minded with a positive attitude
- Strong written and oral communication skills (English)
- Passionate about creating amazing travel experiences for guests
- Ability to work Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays when we have a check in or check out
- Living in Blouberg or surrounding area
- Computer literacy
Education (desirable):
- Hospitality Management
- Marketing
- Sales
